Contact
One address for everything: contact@shooteratlas.com
What to write about
- Corrections. Send the page address and the source that contradicts what the page says. The most useful corrections quote the patch note, store page or in-game screen rather than a summary of it.
- Sourcing questions. If a figure on a page has no source label you can follow, ask and it gets fixed.
- Games worth covering. Shooter Atlas is built for large-scale tactical shooters — 100-player-scale matches, objective zones, a persistent economy, combined arms. If a game fits that shape, say which one and why.
- Advertising and licensing. Commercial enquiries go to the same address. Coverage itself is not for sale, so a request to change a figure or a conclusion in exchange for money will be declined.
What this address cannot do
Shooter Atlas is not a game developer and not a publisher. Mail sent here cannot get an account unbanned, cannot issue a refund, cannot recover a purchase and cannot report a bug to a studio — those have to go to the game's own support channel.
How fast it gets answered
It is one independent developer reading the inbox, with no ticket system and no support desk, so replies are slow and a one-line question may get a one-line answer. Corrections with a source attached tend to move to the front of the queue.
